The first appointment is a specialized consultation to understand your case, map risks, and guide the best strategy with clarity and responsibility. After the analysis, we indicate the recommended measures and, if necessary, formalize the engagement for follow-up.
2. Is the appointment online or in person?
We offer online appointments (by video call) and in-person appointments in Recife/Pernambuco, according to the client's needs and the nature of the matter. In specific situations, it is also possible to provide in-person assistance at the location indicated by the client, subject to prior scheduling and alignment of availability and conditions.
3. Do you assist clients from other cities or states?
Yes. We operate throughout Brazil, with remote assistance and digital document submission. When necessary and feasible, in-person assistance outside Recife is also possible, subject to prior alignment.
4. Which languages do you provide services in?
We provide services in Portuguese, English, and German.
5. Which documents are necessary to analyze my case?
It depends on the matter. In the first appointment, we indicate exactly which documents will be necessary for the analysis and for moving the case forward.
6. Do you offer out-of-court solutions (settlement/negotiation)?
Yes. Whenever appropriate, we seek out-of-court solutions with legal security, avoiding unnecessary stress, bureaucracy, and costs.
7. Does the firm guarantee results?
No. Legal work is technical and strategic, but the result depends on external factors (evidence, the parties' conduct, court decisions, and deadlines). Our commitment is to responsible, transparent, and well-grounded handling.
